Whether you have been struggling with difficult feelings for a while, or following a  significant change  (bereavement,  job loss, becoming a parent etc...), counselling can be really helpful.

This could be the space you need to explore where you are at in your life, how you are feeling in your relationships and within yourself.

It could be a space to process difficult experiences; past and present,  and maybe where you could identify the changes you may want to make in order to achieve your goals.

The goals are yours to set, my role is to help you find your own unique way of achieving them.

Choosing the right counsellor:

For counselling to be useful you will need to feel at ease and safe with your counsellor, I have written a bit about myself here to help you decide if you want to get in touch and arrange a first session.

I am currently seeing clients on Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings, Friday all day and Saturday mornings. Online or face-to-face in London E2 (Cambridge Heath Road/ Hackney Road)
